Terms of Use

Effective October 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of the TaskTrack private beta. By creating an account or using the beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the beta.

Who may use the beta

Access is by invitation and subject to administrator approval. You must provide accurate information, use only your own account and keep your TaskTrack credentials private. We may deny, suspend or end access to protect the service or other users.

Independent service

TaskTrack is an independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Taskrabbit. References to Taskrabbit identify the marketplace relevant to the information displayed; its trademarks belong to their owner. Your use of Taskrabbit is governed by Taskrabbit's own terms.

Informational use

Reports are estimates and observations for your personal research. Coverage, rankings, prices, availability and activity can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee results, bookings, income, continued access or that any particular data will be available. Make your own business decisions; TaskTrack does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another tasker, seek access to someone else's report, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or redistribute another person's private information. Do not use the beta in violation of law or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

This is a free test service. We may correct, remove or change information and features, pause access or end the beta. We will post updated terms here with a new effective date when they change.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaskTrack is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or revenue. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
